HÀ NỘI — V-Green Global Charging Station Development Joint Stock Company and Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Post) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on strategic cooperation to advance green mobility and digital innovation in Việt Nam’s transport and logistics sector.

Under the MoU, both sides will leverage their nationwide networks to expand infrastructure. V-Green will survey and install 3,000 charging stations and battery swap cabinets for electric motorbikes at Viettel Post sites, contributing to its target of 500,000 charging ports and 150,000 battery swap cabinets nationwide.

In parallel, Viettel Post will deploy 2,000 Smart Box delivery cabinets at V-Green’s charging and battery swap locations, accelerating the rollout of its smart delivery network across all 63 provinces and cities.

The partnership also encompasses joint development of franchise models for charging stations, battery swap cabinets and smart delivery systems, creating new business opportunities.
