VinFast triumphs at 2025 APAC Effie awards


VinFast clinched six honors at the 2025 Asia-Pacific Effie Awards, becoming the only automaker recognised at the regional competition. It also made history as the first Vietnamese brand to win a Gold Effie in APAC, affirming its global rise and dedication to sustainable mobility.

SINGAPORE — VinFast has achieved a landmark victory at the prestigious Asia-Pacific Effie Awards 2025, winning six honors and becoming the only automaker recognized at the regional competition. The company also made history as the first Vietnamese brand ever to win a Gold Effie in APAC, underscoring its rising global stature and commitment to sustainable mobility.

Beating leading competitors from Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and India, VinFast’s achievements were praised as a benchmark of marketing effectiveness, proving the power of communication to drive measurable business results.

VinFast also became the only automotive brand to secure two of the year’s top accolades: Second Place in Brand of the Year 2025 and Third Place in Marketer of the Year 2025—a recognition of its relentless creativity, brand building, and community value.

In the Automotive category, the VF 3 stood out with record-breaking results: 27,649 reservations in just 66 hours, a feat the jury described as “From Hype to History in 66 Hours.”

Further honors recognized VinFast’s pioneering approach in Shopper and eCommerce Marketing, where VF 3 became the first car in Vietnam sold through e-commerce platforms and live-streaming sessions hosted by key opinion leaders.

In the Asia Pacific Brands category, VinFast was praised for redefining regional storytelling, while its VF 3 launch campaign earned the Marketing Disruptor Award for breaking industry norms and commanding extraordinary public attention. — VNS
