HÀ NỘI — Bamboo Airways has announced plans to develop auxiliary service centres at Việt Nam's key airports including Nội Bài (Hà Nội), Tân Sơn Nhất (HCM City), Long Thành (Đồng Nai), and Phù Cát (Gia Lai).

This initiative aims to bolster growth across the entire FLC Group ecosystem.

The airline is simultaneously focused on enhancing the customer experience. Specifically, Bamboo Airways has restored its Bamboo Club membership tiers and extended the validity of nearly three million loyal members' cards for an additional year. Furthermore, the carrier is broadening its status-match policy, allowing members of domestic and international airlines to access exclusive Bamboo Club privileges.

Following the FLC Group's recent takeover, Bamboo Airways and FLC are aligning to develop a multi-sector aviation ecosystem which integrates core services such as flights, logistics, technical maintenance, human resource training, and in-flight catering. This aviation chain is designed to synchronise with FLC's tourism, resort, and golf ventures, ensuring consistency in the airline's long-term restructuring, operational rebuild, and development strategy.

To support its long-term expansion and elevate service quality, Bamboo Airways recently announced a large-scale recruitment drive for flight attendants.

In preparation for the upcoming peak travel season, Bamboo Airways is finalising plans to receive one additional aircraft soon, with a projection to further expand its fleet size just before the 2026 Lunar New Year (Tết) Holiday that falls middle of February 2026. — VNS
