HCM CITY – Amway Vietnam, a leading brand in the healthcare industry, has been named one of “HR Asia – Best Places to Work in Asia” for the sixth time. The 2025 award, themed “Multi-Generation Synergy”, honors organisations that embrace generational diversity, listen to employees, and foster inclusive, people-focused cultures.

This year, over 700 companies and 14,000 employees participated in the survey. Amway achieved high scores on HR Asia’s T.E.A.M model: 4.45/5 for Culture & Strategy (CORE), 4.61/5 for Employee Experience (SELF), and 4.69/5 for Team Engagement (GROUP).
