AI assistant gives Fulbright students a smart edge


Fulbright University Vietnam has adopted Agentforce and Data Cloud to transform student engagement, scale student services and streamline operations, according to Salesforce, the world’s leading AI CRM.

HCM CITY — Fulbright University Việt Nam has embraced cutting-edge technology with Agentforce and Data Cloud to revolutionise student engagement, expand student services and streamline operations.

Deployed within just three weeks, Agentforce is integrated into the university’s One Stop student services portal, offering students a conversational artificial intelliegence (AI) assistant that understands natural language and better meets the needs of its growing student body. The AI’s responses are backed by trusted student data consolidated in Data Cloud, a hyperscale data engine built on the Salesforce platform.

As Việt Nam’s first independent, nonprofit liberal arts university, Fulbright is committed to equipping future leaders with the skills to tackle global challenges and fostering a diverse, inclusive academic community.

The university employs Sales Cloud to manage the student lifecycle and Experience Cloud to power the One Stop services portal.

With Agentforce, the portal has become a dynamic hub for engaging, informing and assisting students. Instead of navigating complex menus or struggling with search filters, students can now log service requests, view responses, access policy documents and receive updates in natural language.

These responses are tailored to the user’s context, such as year or course of study, making self-service quicker, reducing frustration and freeing up staff to focus on more complex issues.

By consolidating all structured and unstructured student data, Data Cloud provides a centralised, reliable knowledge base from day one, enabling Agentforce to deliver accurate, personalised support seamlessly.
