HÀ NỘI — VinFast will introduce its public transport solution to the global stage with the debut of its electric buses at Busworld Europe 2025 in Brussels, Belgium, from October 3 to 9.

By adding smart, advanced buses to its European lineup, VinFast strengthens its position as a fully electric automaker with one of the most comprehensive e-mobility ecosystems. The launch of VinFast e-buses is aimed at supporting Europe’s green transition and expanding its zero-emission public transport network.

At the event,  the world’s largest exhibition for buses and coaches, VinFast will showcase two electric bus models: the EB 8 and the EB 12. Both are engineered to meet EU standards, with the EB 12 fully homologated under UNECE and CE regulations. Specifically designed for European operations, the EB 12 takes into account local regulations and infrastructure, from vehicle size and configuration to range and charging compatibility, ensuring seamless integration into the market.

The EB 8 and EB 12 feature LFP battery packs supplied by leading global manufacturers such as CATL and Gotion. With capacities of up to 422 kWh, they deliver a real-world range of up to 400 km. Fast-charging capability of up to 140 kW enables a full recharge in just 2–3 hours. — VNS
