The bank also received two additional recognitions: 'Attractive Employer Brand for Vietnamese Students' and 'Outstanding Enterprise with a Happy Workforce'.

HCM CITY — Vietcombank has maintained its position as the top workplace in Việt Nam’s banking sector for the 10th consecutive year, according to the 2025 'Best Places to Work' rankings released by Anphabe in HCM City on Wednesday.
The bank also received two additional recognitions: 'Attractive Employer Brand for Vietnamese Students' and 'Outstanding Enterprise with a Happy Workforce'.
The annual ranking, conducted by Anphabe, is based on surveys of nearly 800 enterprises and more than 73,000 employees across 18 industries.
According to Hồng Quang, member of the Board of Directors and director of Human Resources, the decade-long recognition reflects Vietcombank’s continued focus on human resource development.
“Maintaining this position for 10 years shows the effectiveness of our long-term HR strategy, in which people remain central to the bank’s operations and development,” he said.
Vietcombank has set a goal of becoming the leading bank in Việt Nam in terms of workforce quality by 2030. To move toward this target, the bank has been adjusting its organisational structure, updating internal policies, improving recruitment processes, expanding training programmes and applying more digital solutions in HR management.
Over the past decade, the bank has worked to build an environment that supports employee development and encourages engagement. These efforts, the bank said, form part of its broader plan to strengthen its competitiveness as the financial sector undergoes rapid digital transformation.
Vietcombank aims to maintain its leading position domestically and move towards its longer-term target of entering the top 200 global financial institutions by 2030, while continuing to contribute to Việt Nam’s economic development. — VNS
