Schneider Electric has launched its EasyPact MVS air circuit breaker in Việt Nam, positioning it as a lower-cost, digitally enabled option for low-voltage power distribution in commercial and industrial settings.

HÀ NỘI — Schneider Electric has launched its EasyPact MVS air circuit breaker in Việt Nam, positioning it as a cost-effective, digitally enabled solution for low-voltage power distribution in commercial and industrial settings.
Part of the company’s Easy Series, the EasyPact MVS targets users seeking essential protection combined with modern monitoring features. The device offers a breaking capacity of up to 85 kA and is designed to prevent short circuits in facilities such as factories, buildings and infrastructure projects.
A key feature of the new generation is its digital connectivity. The breaker can connect via NFC to Schneider’s EcoStruxure Power Device mobile app, allowing users to check operating status, view logs of up to 70 events and recent interruptions, and speed up troubleshooting using a built-in QR code. It can also be configured with EcoStruxure Power Commission software to support installation, testing and integration into central monitoring systems.
The device features a three-colour LED bar that displays real-time status, making operations more intuitive for technicians. It can be installed horizontally or vertically and is compatible with various cabinet types, which can help reduce installation time.
According to Schneider Electric, the EasyPact MVS is engineered to withstand up to 20,000 mechanical operations and uses durable materials to extend product life and reduce maintenance costs. The company says the product responds to growing demand for safer, more resilient electrical systems as Việt Nam continues to expand its industrial and urban infrastructure.
With this launch, Schneider Electric enters a segment where users increasingly expect basic protection equipment to offer remote monitoring and data capabilities—features that were once exclusive to higher-end systems. — VNS
