HCM CITY — Renova Cloud has been awarded the Amazon Web Services (AWS) AI Services Competency, recognising its technical capability in delivering artificial intelligence solutions on AWS.
The designation is granted to AWS partners that demonstrate proven expertise and customer success in building and deploying AI-based solutions using AWS services. These include machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, generative AI, predictive analytics and intelligent automation in production environments.
With this recognition, Renova Cloud joins a select group of AWS partners globally acknowledged for their ability to implement AI solutions that meet AWS requirements for security, reliability and performance.
Renova Cloud said the achievement reflects its continued focus on developing and scaling AI applications to support enterprise digital transformation. The company has been expanding its portfolio of industry-specific solutions built on AWS infrastructure aimed at helping organisations improve operational efficiency and derive value from data.
Doron Shachar, founder and CEO of Renova Cloud, said the recognition reinforces the company’s long-term strategy in artificial intelligence.
“Achieving the AWS AI Services Competency validates our commitment to building enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver real measurable outcomes,” he said. “AI is becoming a core foundation for how businesses operate and compete and we are focused on helping organisations move from experimentation to scalable production.”
One of its key deployments is with Phu Nhuan Jewelry (PNJ), where Renova Cloud implemented a generative AI-based visual and intent search solution using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon OpenSearch Serverless. The system enables users to search and identify products more efficiently, replacing manual catalogue navigation.
According to the company, the solution helped reduce onboarding time for sales staff by up to 25 per cent and achieved 88.5 per cent top-3 search accuracy with response times of under five seconds. It also shortened customer consultation cycles and improved product discovery processes.
By automating search and reducing manual handling of product data, the system allowed staff to focus more on customer engagement.
Renova Cloud also introduced Renosight, an AI-powered visual compliance and computer vision platform built on AWS services including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon OpenSearch Serverless and AWS Lambda.
Samira Kabbour, chief marketing officer at Renova Cloud, said the platform reflects the company’s focus on applied AI.
“Renosight is designed to turn simple visual inputs into actionable intelligence,” she said. “It helps enterprises improve operational visibility and make faster decisions, moving AI from pilot projects into practical everyday use.”
The platform is intended for industries such as retail, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics where visual inspection and compliance monitoring are key operational needs.
Renova Cloud said the AWS recognition strengthens its position in delivering applied AI solutions and it will continue expanding its offerings across industries using AWS infrastructure. — VNS
