HCM CITY — Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation has recently signed memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with renowned banks in HCM City to facilitate customers looking to purchase units in their latest project – Phú Mỹ Hưng Harmonie.

These financial solutions include a 0 per cent interest rate during the promotional period and principal repayment deferral from contract signing until handover in the fourth quarter of 2028 for loans up to 30 per cent of the property value.

A representative from Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation highlighted: "We design financial policies with practicality in mind, making it easier for buyers to access our products while optimising long-term cash flow."

The momentous occasion took place at the construction site of the Harmonie project in Chánh Hiệp Ward, HCM City (formerly Thủ Dầu Một, Bình Dương), where the developer unveiled the Harmonie project's show house.

This event follows the project's strong reception in the market, particularly after the successful initial sales phase. The developer reported that during the first sales phase on March 14, 2026, the project achieved nearly 100 per cent of the consumption rate, with approximately 1,500 bookings exceeding 2.5 times the available units.

Phú Mỹ Hưng Harmonie spans approximately 2 hectares of land and features five towers ranging from 32 to 34 floors, offering a total of 1,490 units ranging from one to three bedrooms. 

Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation announced that Harmonie is the maiden project developed by Ruby Investment and Trading Limited Company (Ruby Home), an affiliate of the Phú Mỹ Hưng ecosystem.
