Nestlé Việt Nam’s 2025–26 Balanced Nutrition programme has delivered three new computer labs to primary schools in Nghệ An and Ninh Bình.
HÀ NỘI — Nestlé Việt Nam has launched the 2025–26 Balanced Nutrition Education, Physical Activity and Positive Lifestyle programme for primary students, with its Nestlé MILO brand handing over three new computer labs to schools in Nghệ An and Ninh Bình provinces.
The initiative, launched in 2021, aims to improve learning quality and support the holistic development of children nationwide. The beneficiaries this year include Quang Thành Primary School in Quang Đồng Commune and Viên Thành Primary School in Hợp Ninh Commune, both in Nghệ An, along with Liêm Hải Primary School in Ninh Giang Commune, Ninh Bình.
Each school received a computer room equipped with 20 laptops, providing students and teachers with better access to technology and digital learning tools. The support is expected to help disadvantaged schools move closer to national standards and adopt more modern digitalised teaching models.
Nestlé MILO also donated nearly 3,000 sets of school supplies and more than 2,000 jackets, encouraging students and teachers as they begin the new academic year.
The handover ceremonies were organised alongside celebrations for the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20, 1982 – November 20, 2025) at Quang Thành and Liêm Hải primary schools. Liêm Hải Primary School additionally received a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister.
Thái Văn Tài, Director of the Department of Primary Education under the Ministry of Education and Training, said the donation is an important component of the ministry’s cooperation with Nestlé Việt Nam.
“We believe this support will create more positive learning experiences for teachers and students in mountainous areas and contribute to digital transformation in primary education,” he said.
Lê Bùi Thị Mai Uyên, Business Executive Officer for MILO and Dairy at Nestlé Việt Nam, said the company is committed to accompanying the education sector in expanding opportunities for children, especially in remote areas.
“Beyond nutrition and encouraging physical activity, equipping computer labs helps students broaden their knowledge and spark curiosity – essential for a confident and dynamic young generation,” she said.
Over recent years, Nestlé MILO has implemented several programmes that promote active and healthy lifestyles, including the national nutrition education initiative, the Năng Động Việt Nam campaign and various school sports activities. From 2021 to 2024, the programme reached nearly 41 million primary students across more than 40,000 schools nationwide.
