HCM CITY — Hotel Nikko Saigon is bringing the vibrant flavours of Thailand to local diners through its Thailand Flavours Week, taking place from June 4 to 14 at La Brasserie restaurant.

The culinary event features guest chefs Jiraporn Totvitatkis and Hunna Wangmana from Hotel Nikko Bangkok, who are presenting a menu of authentic Thai dishes prepared using traditional techniques.

Guests can enjoy a range of signature specialties, including chicken satay with Thai peanut sauce and ajard, pomelo salad with prawn, stir fried minced beef with holy basil, and the iconic Tom Yum Kung soup.

The menu aims to highlight the diversity and richness of Thailand’s culinary heritage.

In addition to the Thai specialties, diners can experience La Brasserie's premium seafood buffet and live cooking stations, where guest chefs demonstrate their culinary skills.

The hotel is also launching a new Sunday Brunch concept featuring unlimited Tom Yum seafood hotpot.

Prepared by the visiting Thai chefs, the signature broth is served with a selection of fresh seafood and vegetables, offering guests an authentic Thai dining experience in a relaxed weekend setting.

According to the hotel, the initiative is expected to become a popular weekend dining destination for lovers of Southeast Asian flavours in HCM City.

The Sunday Brunch will debut on June 14 and continue every Sunday thereafter at La Brasserie, from 11:30am to 1:30pm.

Located at 235 Nguyễn Văn Cừ Street in Cầu Ông Lãnh Ward, Hotel Nikko Saigon continues to expand its culinary offerings through themed dining events that promote cultural exchange through food. — BIZHUB
