FPT and E.ON extend partnership to advance AI-powered energy management

HÀ NỘI — Global technology leader FPT and E.ON Optimum, the digital solutions arm of E.ON UK, have renewed their partnership to accelerate AI-driven innovation in energy management. The agreement marks a new phase of collaboration launched in 2022, reaffirming both sides’ commitment to using technology for a more sustainable energy future.

Under the extension, FPT will continue enhancing and operating E.ON Optimum’s cloud-based energy management platform, which enables businesses to make smarter, faster energy decisions. The next phase focuses on upgrading web applications and applying FPT’s AI technology to forecast consumption and pricing, supporting more efficient net-zero operations.

“Our collaboration reflects FPT’s mission to drive digital transformation in the global energy landscape,” said Dzung Tran, CEO of FPT Software Europe. “Together, we’re co-developing AI and cloud solutions that boost efficiency and sustainability.”

FPT and E.ON have collaborated on projects across SAP, ServiceNow, Sitecore, DevOps, and Cloud, including large-scale implementations supporting 60,000 users across Europe. The two companies are also exploring a delivery center in Vietnam to enhance operational resilience and global delivery capacity. — VNS
