Festival features largest hot air balloons in Việt Nam

Visitors in HCM City recently enjoyed a three-day hot-air balloon festival last Sunday at a riverside park along the Sài Gòn River in An Khánh Ward.

HCM CITY – Visitors in HCM City recently enjoyed a three-day hot-air balloon festival last Sunday at a riverside park along the Sài Gòn River in An Khánh Ward.

The event, themed “Eaton Park Skyward”, was organised by Malaysian property developer Gamuda Land.

It featured 13 balloons, including two highlight hot-air balloons with dimensions of 23m by 37m, which are the largest hot-air balloons in Việt Nam.

The festival offered acoustic music shows, an augmented reality (AR) photo zone with a hot-air balloon flight experience, and a playground for children.

The event aimed to promote Gamuda Land's Eaton Park project in East HCM City, highlighting the Lagoon tower—the project's high-end apartment product line, which just launched at the end of August. – VNS
