For the seventh year in a row, Amway Vietnam has earned recognition as one of Asia’s best places to work, receiving the HR Asia – Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026 award for its efforts in fostering an inclusive, engaging and people-focused workplace.
HCM CITY — Amway Vietnam has been recognised as one of the HR Asia – Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026, marking the seventh consecutive year the global health and wellbeing company has received the prestigious regional award for workplace excellence.
Organised annually by HR Asia, one of Asia's leading human resources publications, the award honours companies with outstanding human resources policies, strong corporate cultures and high levels of employee engagement.
The 2026 programme attracted more than 600 companies and over 45,000 employee survey responses across the region. Amway Vietnam was among more than 20 organisations recognised for maintaining the award for at least five consecutive years.
The company passed a rigorous evaluation process, including employee surveys based on HR Asia's Total Engagement Assessment Model (T.E.A.M.) and interviews with an independent advisory panel. Amway Vietnam achieved strong results, scoring 4.49 out of 5 for culture and strategy, 4.61 for employee experience and 4.66 for team collaboration.
This year's award theme, 'People First, Always', highlighted the importance of putting employees at the centre of organisational development amid rapid digital transformation and the growth of artificial intelligence (AI).
Amway Vietnam said its people-centred approach has helped maintain employee engagement above 90 per cent for five consecutive years. In an internal survey in April 2026, employee engagement reached 96 per cent, while 97 per cent of employees expressed confidence in the company's culture and future development direction. Nearly one-third of its workforce has worked for the company for more than 10 years.
The company has developed various channels to encourage employee feedback, including biannual Culture & Engagement surveys, quarterly company meetings and the EthicsPoint® reporting system. These initiatives help management better understand employee needs and improve workplace practices.
Amway Vietnam is also expanding training programmes to support employees in the digital era. Initiatives such as AI for Impact and Leadership with Impact focus on developing technology application skills, leadership capabilities and future management talent.
Employee wellbeing remains a key priority through the Better, Healthier You programme, which promotes healthy lifestyles through activities such as pickleball, yoga and badminton, as well as nutrition support and fitness initiatives. The company also organises team-building programmes and overseas trips to strengthen connections and reinforce corporate culture.
Le Thi Kim Hoa, Human Resources Director of Amway Vietnam, said the seventh consecutive HR Asia recognition affirmed the company's commitment to sustainable human resource development.
"Technology can transform industries, but human creativity, collaboration and connection remain essential. Amway Vietnam will continue creating an environment where employees can grow, contribute and achieve their full potential," Hoa said. — VNS
