HÀ NỘI — VinFast is accelerating its nationwide expansion with a large-scale Technician Recruitment and Training Programme, aiming to train more than 3,000 skilled technicians, including 2,000 for electric cars and 1,200 for electric motorbikes.

Under the programme, trainees receive full tuition coverage, monthly allowances during their apprenticeship and free accommodation and living expenses throughout their training. VinFast also supports graduates in securing suitable employment after completing the course.

The comprehensive, hands-on programme focuses on cutting-edge electric vehicle technologies and global service standards. Each training course lasts one to two months, combining theory with practical sessions at the VinFast Hai Phong manufacturing complex and authorised service workshops across Việt Nam.

To date, VinFast has successfully recruited and trained nearly 400 technicians, now ready to serve at its service centres nationwide. The company plans to train an average of 500 technicians per month to meet rising customer demand and support the continued expansion of its service network.
