VinFast reports preliminary, unaudited financial results for Q4 and full year 2025

HÀ NỘI — VinFast Auto Ltd. (Nasdaq: VFS) has announced its preliminary and unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.

According to the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, EV deliveries reached 86,557 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, representing a 127 per cent increase quarter-on-quarter and a 63 per cent rise year-on-year. Commercial models under the Green brand and the EC Van accounted for approximately 49 per cent of total deliveries during the quarter.

International markets continued to maintain strong growth momentum, contributing around 18 per cent of total vehicle deliveries in a quarter for the first time.

For the full year 2025, VinFast delivered 196,919 EVs globally, marking a 102 per cent increase year-on-year. The result exceeded management’s 2025 delivery guidance of at least doubling the 97,399 EVs delivered in 2024 and represented the company’s highest annual deliveries since its establishment.

In the two-wheeler segment, VinFast delivered 171,962 e-scooters and e-bikes in the fourth quarter of 2025, up 43 per cent quarter-on-quarter and 452 per cent year-on-year. For the full year, deliveries totaled 406,498 units, representing a 473 per cent increase compared with 2024.

As a result, total revenue reached VND39.4 trillion (US$1.57 billion) in the fourth quarter of 2025, up 138.9per cent year-on-year and 117.7 per cent compared with the third quarter of 2025.

For the full year 2025, total revenue amounted to VND90.4 trillion (US$3.6 billion), representing an increase of 105.4 per cent compared with 2024. —VNS
