TANGERANG — VinFast Indonesia has signed strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with Goodyear Indonesia, Dunlop, Denso Sales Indonesia, CARfix and Scuto Paint, marking a major step in expanding its nationwide after-sales service ecosystem for electric vehicles.

These partnerships aim to elevate customer experience and support the growth of sustainable mobility across Indonesia.

Under the MOU with Goodyear Indonesia, Goodyear will supply tyres for VinFast EVs and collaborate on maintenance programmes and periodic inspections at its Autocare service centres. This cooperation will further expand service coverage, optimise vehicle performance, and enhance peace of mind for VinFast customers.

VinFast and Dunlop will jointly develop multi-functional service centres by certifying selected Dunlop Shops as Authorised VinFast Service Workshops. These centres will offer EV maintenance, software updates, tire replacement, charging station installation and servicing, and comprehensive vehicle care. Thanks to Dunlop’s extensive national network, customers will have convenient access to high-quality services across Indonesia.

Through the MOU with Denso Sales Indonesia, Denso’s workshop chain will be certified as Authorised VinFast Service Workshops, delivering repair, maintenance and vehicle care services aligned with international standards. Denso will also support technician training and technology transfer to strengthen service capacity and ensure consistent quality nationwide.

CARfix will provide a full suite of after-sales services, including periodic maintenance, oil changes, engine tune-ups, wheel alignment, diagnostics, and general repairs. All services will be carried out by trained and certified technicians following VinFast’s quality standards, ensuring reliable and professional support for customers throughout the country.

As VinFast’s official body and paint partner, Scuto Paint, part of the Scuto Group, will handle body repair and painting for the entire VinFast lineup. Its nationwide network, staffed with certified EV technicians and equipped with advanced tools and machinery, will help ensure consistent, high-quality repair services for VinFast owners. — VNS
