GURUGRAM, INDIA — VinFast Auto India , a subsidiary of global EV leader VinFast has signed Dealer Partner Agreements with 13 leading dealer groups for 32 dealerships across 27 cities nationwide. These collaborations underscore VinFast’s commitment to establishing a robust 3S (Sales, Service, Spares) network, ensuring a strong retail and service presence across the country, and laying the groundwork for the upcoming pre-booking of the VF 6 and VF 7 on July 15.
The initial set of dealerships will be established in key urban and emerging EV markets, including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Cochin, Bhubaneshwar, Trivandrum, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Coimbatore, Surat, Calicut, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Shimla, Agra, Jhansi, Gwalior, Vapi, Baroda and Goa. These cities have been strategically selected based on their growing EV adoption, infrastructure readiness, and strong demand potential, ensuring wide accessibility and seamless customer support from the outset. VinFast aims to establish 35 Dealerships across India by the end of CY 2025.
The selected partners are among India’s most respected automotive dealership groups, known for their deep market presence and long-standing customer trust. Each facility will have showrooms, service workshops, and spare parts availability - ensuring VinFast customers enjoy a seamless ownership experience across every touchpoint. These dealer-operated outlets will play a pivotal role in delivering VinFast’s global service standards to Indian consumers.
Alongside, VinFast ramps up its ecosystem expansion in India, supported by several key strategic partnerships. The company has tied up with Global Assure for 24/7 roadside assistance, dedicated call center support, and mobile service; myTVS and RoadGrid for a pan-India EV Charging solution and service network to deliver quick, reliable aftersales support. VinFast has also joined hands with BatX Energies for sustainable high-voltage battery recycling and repurposing solutions.
