PHÚ THỌ — A fresh chapter in urban development begins in Phú Thọ Province with the groundbreaking of Đông Nam Oasis City, a VNĐ4.6 trillion (US$182.6 million) project promising to reshape the region’s landscape and lifestyle.

Spanning more than 63 hectares across Việt Trì and Thanh Miếu wards, the development will feature residential, commercial and service areas, alongside parks and schools, designed to meet the province’s growing demands for housing, entertainment and sustainable growth.

Investor Songhongthudo Group Joint Stock Company has pledged to mobilise all available resources to complete the project on schedule and to the highest quality, aiming to create a landmark that will significantly boost urban development in the province’s administrative centre.

At the ceremony, People’s Committee Chairman Trần Duy Đông said the project would offer living and service spaces for over 10,000 residents, enhancing infrastructure, landscape and the image of Việt Trì City’s southeastern gateway.

As part of the Prime Minister-approved general planning, Đông Nam Oasis City is set to play a vital role in upgrading infrastructure, beautifying the area and improving residents’ quality of life. — VNS
