HCM CITY — Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation has launched Phú Mỹ Hưng Triton Crown, a luxury apartment project in the Crescent Lake District of Phú Mỹ Hưng City Centre, Tân Hưng Ward, HCM City.

Crescent Lake is one of Phú Mỹ Hưng’s signature destinations, bringing together commercial, financial, cultural, artistic, dining, entertainment and community activities.

Phú Mỹ Hưng Triton Crown is located in the heart of the established urban area. It is the largest apartment and commercial podium project Phú Mỹ Hưng has developed in the Crescent Lake District.

Covering about 1.2 hectares, the project comprises two towers with a total of 329 apartments and retail units. The homes range from one to four bedrooms. The developer said the project’s scale and limited number of units would contribute to the scarcity of housing in the district’s central area.

The launch comes as Phú Mỹ Hưng enters a new phase of development, known as Phú Mỹ Hưng 2.0. Plans include further investment in cultural, artistic, healthcare, commercial and service facilities, as well as regional transport infrastructure.

A Phú Mỹ Hưng representative said: "The first value of Triton Crown lies in its hard-to-replicate location: beside Crescent Lake, at the heart of a fully developed urban area. Residential land here is inherently limited, and the number of new projects and apartments to be developed in the future will also be very small."

After opening, the development is expected to be managed by Nihon Housing, a Japanese brand. It will also use a building management system (BMS) to monitor and manage its technical systems.

The project is part of the wider Phú Mỹ Hưng urban area, which is home to residents from more than 40 countries and territories. International and bilingual schools in the area include SSIS, Korean, Japanese and Taipei schools and Wellspring. — BIZHUB
