Phenikaa Group marks 15th anniversary with grand celebration

HÀ NỘI — Phenikaa Group marked its 15th anniversary on Monday with a grand celebration that brought together more than 4,000 employees from across its ecosystem.

A wide range of activities took place during the celebration, including a contest featuring hundreds of articles, short films, and photos from employees that vividly depicted the group’s journey from its challenging early days to the present. The event also featured various sports and cultural activities.

After 15 years of growth and development, Phenikaa has established itself as a multi-industry economic powerhouse with significant achievements in industrial production, technology development, education and training and health care. To date, the group comprises over 30 member companies operating both domestically and internationally.

Phenikaa has won numerous prestigious awards, including Việt Nam Value - the national brand title, Top 500 largest enterprises in Việt Nam, and Top 100 Việt Nam's green ESG enterprises. The group also earned the first prize of the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Awards.

Currently, its subsidiary Vicostone JSC ranks among the top three global brands in high-end artificial quartz stone.

In education and research, Phenikaa University has led Vietnamese institutions in the Nature Index Ranking from 2020 to 2024 and holds second place among economic research organisations in Việt Nam according to the RePEc rankings.

Additionally, Phenikaa-X JSC - the group's member company which offers a comprehensive solution with its Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) line - has been recognised as a promising AI enterprise at the AI Awards 2025 and features in the Top 10 national sustainable brands in 2025. — VNS
