Pharmacity will become a key distribution partner for Nestlé Health Science, bringing to the market a portfolio of imported nutrition solutions from Switzerland, the Netherlands and Singapore

HÀ NỘI — Pharmacity has formed a strategic partnership with Nestlé Health Science, the specialised health and nutrition division of Nestlé Group, aiming to expand the availability of internationally standardised, science-based nutrition products in Việt Nam. This collaboration marks a significant step in bringing advanced nutritional solutions to Vietnamese consumers, reflecting the growing awareness of nutrition’s vital role in preventive healthcare.
Pharmacity will become a key distribution partner for Nestlé Health Science, introducing a range of imported products from Switzerland, the Netherlands and Singapore. The portfolio includes Nutren Junior, designed for children aged one to ten requiring medical nutrition; Boost Optimum, a balanced nutritional supplement tailored for older adults; and Peptamen, formulated for individuals with impaired digestion and absorption. Additionally, Pharmacity will hold exclusive distribution rights in Việt Nam for Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, a popular dietary supplement known for supporting skin, joint, and bone health.
Combining Nestlé Health Science’s scientific expertise with Pharmacity’s extensive retail network and skilled pharmacists, the partnership seeks to provide not only access to high-quality nutrition products but also personalised counselling. This initiative is expected to enhance public understanding of nutrition’s preventive benefits and encourage sustainable healthy living across the country.
“Through this co-operation, we aim to make it easier for people to access tailored health and nutrition solutions for themselves and their families,” said Head of the Specialised Nutrition Business Unit at Nestlé Health Science Việt Nam Zubin Trikha. “By strengthening official distribution channels nationwide, we seek to bring science-based international standards closer to Vietnamese consumers — from children to the elderly.”
Founded nearly 160 years ago and operating in Việt Nam for over 30 years, Nestlé has built its reputation on nutrition expertise grounded in scientific research. Partnering with Pharmacity, Nestlé Health Science plans to launch a series of nutrition workshops for pharmacists across Pharmacity’s network of more than 1,000 outlets nationwide.
These workshops will offer detailed training tailored to various life stages and health needs, including children, older adults, and patients undergoing recovery. The aim is to foster a personalised counselling model in pharmacies, ensuring consumers receive accurate, safe guidance on nutrition.
Pharmacity, one of Việt Nam’s first modern pharmacy chains, recently celebrated 15 years of operation with a strong focus on family health. Its integrated ecosystem covers medicines, vitamins, dietary supplements, and personal care products.
General Director of Pharmacity Deepanshu Madan said the partnership with Nestlé Health Science will extend beyond product availability to create a knowledge-sharing platform for pharmacists.
“Alongside our commitment to genuine supply chains and nationwide distribution, we expect this cooperation to deepen pharmacists’ expertise and strengthen their role in guiding people toward better nutrition and health practices,” Madan said.
With demand for nutritional supplements rising in Việt Nam, this alliance is set to broaden consumer access to authentic, premium products while reinforcing a culture of proactive health management based on scientific nutrition. — VNS
