HCM CITY — Orion Food Vina Co Ltd (Orion) has inaugurated and handed over two school sanitation facilities to Vĩnh Trinh 3 Primary School and Thới Lai Town 2 Primary School in Cần Thơ, continuing its efforts to support disadvantaged communities.

As part of the project, Orion built and donated two school sanitation facilities to help improve hygiene conditions and the learning environment for students at the two schools. The company also donated a library with nearly 300 books, awarded 30 scholarships to underprivileged students, and presented gift sets to nearly 430 students.

Vũ Đức Liêm, representative of Orion, said the company viewed its business activities as not only delivering quality products to consumers, but also building trust, strengthening connections, and creating positive value for local communities.

At the inauguration ceremony, the company received a certificate of merit from the executive committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Cần Thơ City in recognition of its community contributions.

Now in its fourth year, Orion’s School Sanitation Project has built 17 facilities across various provinces and cities, including HCM City, Lâm Đồng, Vĩnh Long and Cần Thơ.

The company said the journey will continue, as it believes that a clean, safe and well-equipped learning environment is an essential foundation for Vietnamese students to grow up healthy and go to school with confidence every day. — BIZHUB
