Noventiq has completed a cloud security project for Softel Solutions, introducing centralised monitoring and security measures aligned with international standards.

HCM CITY — Noventiq, a Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Tier Consulting Partner, has completed a cloud security project for Vietnamese telecom software provider Softel Solutions, introducing continuous threat monitoring and security measures aligned with international standards.
The project comes as Việt Nam's adoption of cloud computing and artificial intelligence continues to accelerate.
According to a 2025 study by Strand Partners, nearly 170,000 businesses in the country have adopted AI, up 39 per cent year-on-year.
As Softel expanded its operations across production, development, testing and third-party integration environments, the company sought to strengthen security across its cloud infrastructure and digital platforms.
Under the project, Noventiq introduced centralised cloud security monitoring, reorganised the infrastructure in line with international security standards and conducted penetration testing of Softel's mobile and web applications to identify vulnerabilities.
"As our business grew, we recognised that our security posture needed to mature at the same pace," said Softel Solutions Infrastructure Director Đức Trần.
"Today, we have 24/7 automated monitoring across our AWS environment, all critical vulnerabilities have been resolved and our infrastructure is aligned with international security standards. We can now focus on growing our business with greater confidence."
General Manager of Noventiq Vietnam Lê Quân said the project combined AWS security frameworks with the company's cybersecurity expertise to help Softel establish a security posture that supports future growth.
Building on the project, Softel and Noventiq plan to expand the centralised security operations centre to additional cloud workloads, introduce automated incident response capabilities, extend continuous monitoring to customer-facing applications and pursue international security compliance certifications by the end of 2026. — BIZHUB
