New project The Sculptura to be developed in Phú Mỹ Hưng

HCM CITY — Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation recently hosted an event to introduce the Phú Mỹ Hưng The Sculptura project. 

This marks the latest venture developed by Phú Mỹ Hưng since The Aurora project in March 2024 and the distinctive "5 in 1" real estate complex, Phu My Hung L'Arcade, in May 2024.

Occupying a 12-story structure on a vast 2,370sq.m plot, Phú Mỹ Hưng The Sculptura comprises 75 apartments and 10 shops. This initiative aligns with the strategic direction of Phú Mỹ Hưng 2.0, wherein the developer allocates 15 per cent of the remaining residential land in the urban area to high-end and luxury apartment segments. 

The Sculptura is a collaboration between Phú Mỹ Hưng and DP Architecture (DPA), a renowned architectural design firm from Singapore with nearly six decades of expertise in planning and executing global projects such as the Dubai Mall and Resorts World Sentosa. 

Embodying "luxury apartment standards," The Sculptura predominantly features three-bedroom units measuring approximately 109-127sq.m (accounting for about 83 percent), alongside two-bedroom apartments spanning 84sq.m (10 per cent) and larger Tophouse units ranging from 182-226sq.m. — VNS
