HCM CITY — Workday InC, the enterprise AI platform for HR, finance and IT, has announced its partnership with Masan Group, one of Việt Nam's largest private sector companies, to accelerate digital transformation across the organisation.

Masan is Workday’s first local customer in Việt Nam.

As part of this digital transformation, Masan Group has started deploying Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), with future capabilities to support workforce planning, people analytics and employee experience. These solutions are powered by the Workday platform with AI at its core. Amaris Consulting served as the implementation partner for this Workday deployment in Việt Nam.

Workday will serve as a core people platform within Masan's Future One Tech Platform and Digital Twin ambition, helping unify workforce data and employee experiences across the organisation. This partnership highlights Masan's commitment to building a modern working environment and leading with technology. By leveraging Workday's AI capabilities, Masan will empower its large and diverse workforce, enabling a seamless human resource experience.
