KNI Group signs hotel management deal with Germany's Private Palace Hotels


Les Sens - Phu Quoc Hotel Services JSC and Germany's Private Palace Hotels Group signed an agreement on July 29 for the management and operation of the Amérys Family & Boutique Hotel in Phú Quốc, marking a new partnership in the island's hospitality sector.

HCM CITY — Les Sens - Phu Quoc Hotel Services JSC, a subsidiary of Khoi Nguyen Investment Holdings (KNI Group), and Private Palace Vietnam Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Germany's Private Palace Hotels Group, signed an agreement on July 29 for the management and operation of the Amérys Family & Boutique Hotel in Phú Quốc.

The seven-storey hotel, in the Marina Square development on Trần Hưng Đạo Street, will have 80 guestrooms ranging from deluxe to presidential suites.

The VNĐ600 billion (US$22.8 million) project is in the final stages of construction and due to open at the end of October.

Designed by Japan's Raymond Architectural Design Office, it targets multi-generational family travellers.

Nguyễn Thị Kiều Oanh, chairwoman of KNI Group and general director of Les Sens - Phu Quoc Hotel Services JSC, said: "We once wished for a hotel that could fulfill the needs of every family member during our vacations. Now, we want to build exactly that kind of hotel so that families who share our passion can fully enjoy [their stay]."

The hotel will have a children's entertainment area, childcare services, creative activities and themed guestrooms.

Gino Leonhard, president of Private Palace Vietnam Co Ltd, said the company was pleased to partner with KNI Group for its first hotel project.

"KNI Group, with its history in education and senior living, is a benchmark in caring for the future of young generations, as well as for the society.
