Việt Nam's most outstanding developers, architecture firms and contractors were honoured at the Hubexo Asia Awards 2026 in HCM City last week for their contributions to shaping the country's built environment through innovation, sustainability and project excellence.

Through its prestigious Top 10 Awards, the event recognised firms that have played a pivotal role in advancing Việt Nam's urban development and architectural landscape.
Speaking at the event, Sally Kheng, head of Strategic Partnership & Events, Asia at Hubexo, said: “What makes Việt Nam particularly inspiring is not only the pace of development, but the people behind it.
“Architects, developers, consultants, contractors and suppliers have continued to innovate, adapt and collaborate to deliver projects that support economic growth and improve the quality of life for communities. The Hubexo Asia Top 10 Developers 2026 category honoured companies driving large-scale urban development and shaping the future of Việt Nam's real estate market.
The winners were DOJILAND Real Estate Investment Company Limited, Five Star Group, Frasers Property Vietnam, Gamuda Land Vietnam, Indochina Kajima Development Limited, Masterise Group, Phu My Hung Development Corporation, Sun Property Group, Viglacera Corporation JSC and Vinhomes JSC.
The Top 10 Architects category recognised firms demonstrating creativity, innovation and design leadership through impactful projects across the country.
Winners included CUBIC Architects, GK Archi, HPA Design & Partners (Vietnam) Company Limited, HTT Group, MH Architects, NQH Architects, Ong & Ong, TwoG Architecture and Vietnam National Construction Consultant Corporation JSC.
Meanwhile, the Top 10 Contractors category honoured companies recognised for technical expertise, quality standards and construction excellence, including Central Construction, Coteccons, DELTA Group, DIC No.2, Hoa Binh Construction Group, Newtecons, Obayashi Vietnam, Phuoc Thanh Construction, SOL E&C and Viettel Construction.
Beyond recognising excellence, the awards continue to serve as a platform for networking and collaboration among industry stakeholders, supporting the sustainable development of Asia's built environment sector.
