HCM CITY — The latest production technologies and raw materials for making confectionery are on display at the 2025 Việt Nam International Bakery Show (VIBS 2025) that opened in HCM City on Wednesday.
Việt Nam’s most comprehensive and largest professional bakery trade event brings together ingredient suppliers, machinery manufacturers, bakers, pastry chefs, and bakery enthusiasts from across the country.
It has nearly 200 booths set up by 120 enterprises from 12 countries and territories, including Taiwan (China), Hong Kong (China), Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Japan, the Republic of Korea, and France.
It showcases automated production machinery, premium raw materials, packaging technologies, finished products and supply chain management solutions.
It serves as a platform for experts, manufacturers and investors to discuss market trends, explore cooperation opportunities and develop long-term sustainable strategies for the bakery industry.
It will also feature a number of seminars focusing on market trends, new production technologies and effective business strategies in addition to activities designed to foster creativity and enhance the skills of professionals in the bakery industry, including the Việt Nam Pastry Gift Award and Việt Nam International Souvenir Excellence Awards.
Organised by Yorkers Exhibition Service Việt Nam, Chan Chao International Co., Ltd. and the Taipei Bakery Association in collaboration with the Việt Nam National Bakery Association and Asia Bakery Confectionery JSC, the exhibition, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre, will go on until Saturday. — VNS
