The transition aims to unify branding across the entire system, enabling a seamless and consistent experience for users traveling between countries. The move is part of GSM’s broader strategy to scale its ecosystem globally and enhance cross-border connectivity, while also marking a key milestone as the company celebrates its third anniversary.
Alongside the rebrand, GSM introduced a series of product and service upgrades to elevate user experience. Notably, the new Green SM mobile application features a modern, streamlined interface and is designed for use across all markets where GSM operates.
The app integrates artificial intelligence (AI) to support personalised journeys and real-time data updates, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for users worldwide.
GSM also officially expanded its shared mobility platform model into its first two international markets, Indonesia and the Philippines.
