HÀ NỘI -– Technology group FPT has launched three artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to help businesses integrate AI into their operations, manage computing infrastructure and access multiple models.

As businesses move from AI experimentation to practical applications, they face challenges in integrating AI with existing systems, controlling data and outputs, scaling computing capacity and managing costs. FPT's new solutions, FPT AI EOS, FPT Kubernetes Engine with GPU and FPT Token Factory, are designed to address these needs across applications, infrastructure and AI models.

Lê Hồng Việt, general director of FPT Smart Cloud under FPT Group, said the solutions would give organisations greater flexibility in choosing AI deployment models suited to their needs and capabilities.

He said the aim was to strengthen technological and data autonomy, promote innovation and enable businesses to deploy AI at scale to generate practical value.

FPT AI EOS is designed to coordinate AI agents and integrate them into business processes, enabling digital workers to collaborate with employees and existing enterprise software. Applications include customer service, contract processing and sales management.

At the event, FPT demonstrated a digital employee named Tin that could prepare quotations, track customer feedback, draft contracts, consolidate input from sales, legal and finance teams, and update transaction statuses. Actions involving customer communications, risk acceptance and contract signing remained subject to human approval.

FPT Kubernetes Engine with GPU provides a managed Kubernetes environment for AI workloads within the FPT AI Factory ecosystem. It supports model training, fine-tuning and deployment, reducing the need for businesses to manage complex computing infrastructure independently. FPT oversees installation, upgrades, monitoring, automatic scaling and GPU-related software, while customers retain control of their applications and AI workloads.

FPT Token Factory provides a unified gateway to AI models operated by FPT and other providers. It enables businesses to access models and process requests without developing and training models from scratch. — BIZHUB
