FPT reports solid growth in 9 months with record-breaking contracts


FPT Corporation posted revenue of VND49.8 trillion (US$1.9 billion) and pre-tax profit of VND9.54 trillion (US$374 million) in the first nine months of 2025, up 10.3per cent and 17.6per cent year-on-year, respectively. Net profit attributable to shareholders climbed 19.2 per cent to VND6.87 trillion, while EPS increased 18.1per cent to VND4,043.

HÀ NỘI — FPT Corporation has reported strong business performance in the first nine months of 2025, with revenue of VND49.8 trillion (US$1.9 billion) and profit before tax of VND9.54 trillion ($374 million), up 10.3 per cent and 17.6per cent year-on-year, respectively. Profit after tax attributable to shareholders reached VND6,867 billion (+19.2per cent), while EPS rose 18.1per cent to VND4,043.

The Technology segment remained FPT’s key growth driver, contributing 62 per cent of total revenue and 45per cent of pre-tax profit. Global IT Services generated VND25,574 billion in revenue (+12.8per cent) and VND 4,073 billion in pre-tax profit (+12.7 per cent), supported by a strong 26.3 per cent surge from the Japanese market. The total value of new contracts reached VND29.3 trillion, up 14.4per cent year-on-year. FPT secured 19 large-scale contracts, each worth over $10 million—nearly double last year’s figure.

Digital Transformation revenue from overseas markets rose 19 per cent to VND12.3 trillion, driven by robust demand for Cloud, AI, and Data Analytics. The Domestic IT Services segment achieved modest growth, with pre-tax profit up 31.9per cent to VND260 billion.

Outside of technology, Telecom Services recorded revenue of VND13.73 trillion (+11.5 per cent) and pre-tax profit of VND 3,091 billion (+21.3per cent), while Education contributed VND5.19 trillion in revenue (+1 per cent).

During the period, FPT marked several key milestones, including a $256 million five-year digital transformation contract, the largest in its 37-year history; a $100 million three-year deal with a U.S. client; a strategic partnership with ANA Systems, Japan’s largest airline IT subsidiary; the acquisition of a 10 per cent stake in Malaysia’s Daythree Digital Berhad; and the launch of a major Education Complex in Huế alongside the groundbreaking of an inter-level school in Nghệ An.
