HÀ NỘI — F88 has published its Sustainability Report, becoming the first company in Việt Nam’s non-bank lender to do so.

The report marks an important milestone in strengthening governance, enhancing transparency and integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles into the company’s long-term strategy.

The report outlines F88's efforts to strengthen governance and risk management through standardised appraisal processes, tighter oversight across its nationwide network and improved collections management.

It also highlights the company's focus on expanding access to financial services for customers with limited access to traditional banking, who account for nearly 70 per cent of its customer base.

Over the next five years, F88 plans to broaden its offerings beyond secured lending to include insurance, investment products and other financial services.

The report notes a number of social and environmental initiatives, including financial literacy and entrepreneurship support programmes, as well as measures to improve workplace diversity, employee development and occupational safety.

On the environmental front, F88 reported a 56.1 per cent reduction in paper consumption across its 949 branches in 2025, which it attributed to greater use of digital processes. The company has also introduced energy-saving measures at its branches.

F88 said it has adopted the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards as the framework for its ESG disclosures and sustainability reporting.

As of December 31, 2025, the company operated 949 branches nationwide, with total assets of VNĐ6.826 trillion, pre-tax profit of VNĐ908 billion and 4,681 employees. — BIZHUB
