HCM CITY– Amway Vietnam, a healthcare company, was honored for the first time in the Top 9 “Asia’s Top Workplaces” announced by Great Place to Work®.

This year’s ranking was built from more than 3.2 million survey responses, representing the experiences of 7.5 million workers in many countries and territories in the region. Businesses were selected based on their level of trust, innovation, values ​​and leadership.

Amway Vietnam is recognised as an “Excellent Workplace” with 97 per cent of employees rating the company as a great place to work, higher than the global average of 59 per cent. By 2025, the company will achieve 100 per cent (25/25) of the assessment criteria with satisfaction results of 92 per cent or higher; of which leadership capacity reaches 97per cent and corporate image and reputation reaches 95per cent.

The company currently has nearly 300 employees in 13 branches and representative offices nationwide. In 2025, Amway will deploy more than 260 training programmes, recording more than 800 hours of study with the participation of more than 80 per cent of employees, along with engagement activities towards a green, healthy and positive working environment.
