HCM CITY – Huỳnh Thiên Triều, General Director of Amway Vietnam, has received the Master Entrepreneur Award at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) 2026 for the second consecutive year, recognising his leadership, business achievements, and commitment to sustainable development.
Held under the theme “Forging Legacy: Celebrating Excellence, Inspiring Tomorrow,” APEA 2026 recognises entrepreneurs who demonstrate strategic vision, innovation, and resilience while creating lasting value for businesses and communities.
Under Triều’s leadership, Amway Vietnam has achieved double-digit growth for 10 consecutive years and become one of the top nine markets by revenue within the global Amway Group, highlighting Vietnam’s growing importance to the company’s international operations.
The company has invested VNĐ300 billion in a modern, 5,000-square-meter central warehouse in HCM City and established a nationwide network of 15 facilities, including Amway Centers and Mini Centres. These investments have strengthened operational capacity, improved supply chain efficiency, and enhanced services for distributors and customers.
Innovation and responsible business
Amway Vietnam continues to modernise its operations in response to changing consumer behavior and technological advances. Its digital ecosystem includes e-commerce, business management applications, online training, and social commerce. The company also provides distributor training in nutrition, beauty, entrepreneurship, leadership, and digital skills.
These initiatives support Amway’s global “Healthy Living – Happy Living” strategy, which promotes healthier lifestyles and encourages consumers to take a proactive approach to their well-being. The company also emphasises business ethics, transparency, regulatory compliance, and responsible management to strengthen consumer trust and support sustainable growth.
Social responsibility remains central to Amway Vietnam’s development strategy. Through the Nutrilite Power of 5 programme, implemented with agencies under Vietnam’s Ministry of Health, the company provided more than one million boxes of Nutrilite Little Bits micronutrient supplements to over 92,000 children between 2015 and 2021.
From 2020 to 2026, Amway Vietnam also participated in the nationwide Red Sunday blood donation campaign in cooperation with Tiền Phong newspaper and Military Hospital 175, helping strengthen blood supplies for medical treatment.
Between 2024 and 2026, in partnership with the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the company supported the installation of 30 solar-powered streetlights, planted 11,000 bamboo trees across 10 hectares in Đồng Nai Province, and provided clean water systems for communities affected by drought and saltwater intrusion in the Mekong Delta.
Other initiatives included building children's playgrounds, supporting bridge and road construction, and assisting communities affected by storms and floods.
Commenting on the award, Triều said: “This award is not merely a personal honor; it is a testament to the collective effort of the entire Amway Vietnam team.”
The recognition highlights Amway Vietnam’s efforts to combine business performance with responsible leadership and community engagement as it pursues innovation, sustainable growth, and long-term value for Vietnamese consumers and society. -- VNS
