HCM CITY — An Bình Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBank) on September 5 launched “Tích lũy An Gia”, a financial solution combining flexible savings, investment opportunities and health insurance protection to support customers throughout their wealth-accumulation journey.
Tích lũy An Gia allows customers to develop financial plans tailored to personal goals, such as retirement, funding their children’s education or purchasing a home. Customers can choose an accumulation period of one to 10 years, with an initial deposit of at least VNĐ50 million (US$1,900) and subsequent monthly contributions of at least VNĐ5 million.
Under the savings component, customers receive a fixed annual interest rate of 7 per cent in the first year. The investment component offers potentially higher returns based on rates announced by ABBank’s partners at the applicable time, with no management fees charged.
Customers can adjust their contributions and determine the allocation between savings and investment according to their financial goals. They can manage their savings and investment plans through ABBank’s digital banking application.
The solution also provides health insurance protection throughout the accumulation period without deducting healthcare benefits from customers’ savings or investment funds.
Depending on the plan selected, customers may receive insurance benefits of up to 150 per cent of their accumulated principal balance, capped at VNĐ30 billion, together with hospitalisation allowances of up to VNĐ3 million per day, capped at VNĐ180 million a year. Coverage can extend until the customer reaches the age of 71.
ABBank said the solution is designed to help customers maintain financial discipline while protecting their savings plans against unexpected healthcare expenses. It can be used to prepare for major life goals including retirement, children’s education, buying a car or purchasing a home.
The solution is part of the bank’s efforts to realise its positioning as a “bank that creates happiness”, built on the premise that long-term personal fulfilment requires a secure financial foundation, it added.
To mark the launch, ABBank is offering a limited-edition silk scarf to the first 2,000 customers who sign up for the Tích lũy An Gia solution, subject to the programme’s terms and conditions. — VNS
