HCM CITY — VN Solutions Co Ltd, a member of Coteccons Group, has tie up with Workday, an US enterprise AI platform for managing people, finance and operations, in Việt Nam.

Under the agreement, VN Solutions will act as a value-added reseller for Workday’s human capital management platform in the domestic market, bringing modern workforce solutions to local businesses.

It will support enterprises in deploying the Workday platform, helping improve decision-making by combining global management standards with systems adapted to Vietnamese practices.

VN Solutions will also help customers unlock value from Workday’s solutions tailored to local organisations, including indigenisation from legal and payroll compliance to language and cultural adaptation.

By establishing a foundation of transparent, consistent data, the system enables executives to make informed decisions while empowering employees and management, helping individuals be heard, supported and developed.

Nguyễn Trình Thùy Trang, general director of VN Solutions, said becoming a Workday partner reflects the company’s pursuit of global HR management standards adapted to the local context.
