Certification rates for quality products are still low, and weaknesses in value chain linkages, post-harvest processing and preservation are hindering the region’s competitiveness in wider markets.
The northern province of Hai Duong will favourable conditions and offer preferential policies for businesses investing in high-tech agriculture, post-harvest preservation, slaughterhouse construction and production chain development, provincial authorities said.
