Beginning April 1, payment account names at commercial banks must fully match information on citizens’ identity cards under new regulations on non-cash payment services.
The new feature helps save management resources, shipping and packaging fees compared to traditional forms, VIB said, adding that the first 900 customers who successfully buy e-vouchers will receive VND100,000 (US$4.3) each.
