HCM CITY — Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation has recently launched a new project, The Regency, in Phú Mỹ Hưng City Centre, Tân Hưng Ward of HCM City.
As a luxury apartment development, The Regency is the second project in the Crescent Lake District to be introduced to the market. The remaining projects in the area are for lease, with nearly 100 per cent of tenants being foreigners who are owners, high-level managers, and leading experts of international corporations and organisations working in HCM City and neighbouring areas.
The Regency, designed by the American firm Handel Architects, is located on a plot of land over 2,450sq.m. The project consists of 24 floors and one basement floor, with 114 apartments and four stores.
From The Regency, it will only take a few steps to reach the iconic Phú Mỹ Hưng projects in the future. That's why The Regency is also considered one of the symbolic projects continuing the iconic legacy of this Phú Mỹ Hưng 2.0 era.
Phú Mỹ Hưng is expected to announce sales for The Regency project at the end of this month.
At the same event, Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation announced the sales of The Sculptura project, which it had recently launched.
The Sculptura is located on Hà Huy Tập Street, Hillview District, adjacent to Phú Gia villas, bordering a 3,500sq.m park undergoing renovation. Since its introduction, the project has quickly attracted customer interest, especially residents in Phú Mỹ Hưng. The total number of visitors seeking information and visiting the model houses reached around 3,000 individuals. Through detailed consultations, understanding customer needs, and their profiles, the investor received 750 purchase applications.
This project recorded the largest supply-demand gap in the history of Phú Mỹ Hưng's sales events to date, with customer interest 10 times higher than the number of units available. Due to higher demand than supply, the draw process was held openly as per the Ministry of Construction's guidelines. — VNS
