The partnership unites FPT’s global engineering capacity, CR Labs.ai’s deep industry expertise, and Carlton Richards’ strategic advisory leadership to help highly regulated firms harness AI with confidence. The alliance will deliver end-to-end AI capabilities from design and deployment to monitoring, retraining, and regulatory reporting ensuring solutions are secure, private, and production-ready.
The collaboration focuses on four key areas: AI-Powered Insurance Platforms: Automating underwriting, fraud detection, and claims processing to reduce underwriting time from 20 minutes to just 2 seconds. Agent Productivity Platforms: Enhancing recruitment, training, and sales support through AI, improving productivity by 25 per cent and generating $280 million in new annual premiums for insurers. Customer Engagement: Using FPT’s IvyChat, a multi-agent large language model solution, to deliver real-time policy support and claims assistance cutting errors by 80 per cent and saving 33 per cent in annual labor costs. Private Equity Applications: Offering portfolio optimisation and risk modeling solutions built to meet the toughest regulatory and audit standards.
