Bank Satisfaction Rankings 2026 revealled

Vietcombank returned to the top of Việt Nam's bank satisfaction rankings in 2026, narrowly ahead of Techcombank and MB as competition among leading lenders intensified.

HCM CITY — The Decision Lab on Tuesday published its 2026 Bank Satisfaction Rankings, the annual benchmark of customer satisfaction in Việt Nam's banking sector.

The annual rankings, based on consumer research collected throughout 2025 through YouGov BrandIndex, cover 25 banks that met the study's inclusion criteria. 

Vietcombank returned to the top of bank satisfaction rankings in 2026, narrowly ahead of Techcombank and MB as competition among leading lenders intensified.

The top 10 also included VietinBank, HSBC, Timo, BIDV, Bac A Bank, ACB and HD Bank. 

Thue Quist Thomasen, CEO of Decision Lab, said: “Customer satisfaction is now one of the clearest competitive indicators in Việt Nam's banking sector.

"As competition tightens, a snapshot of last year's performance is no longer enough. What matters is understanding how customer perceptions are evolving and where expectations are shifting."
