HÀ NỘI — Nestlé Việt Nam has launched the latest phase of NESTGEN 2025, a dynamic initiative aimed at empowering young people with essential skills and knowledge to thrive in a fast-changing digital world.
Running from July 15 to 17, the programme offers a series of expert-led sessions designed to strengthen career readiness among Vietnamese youth.
Building on the success of its March edition, NESTGEN 2025 continues to reflect Nestlé’s long-term commitment to supporting the next generation. The programme brings together experienced professionals from Nestlé and leading global corporations, including Microsoft, LinkedIn, Publicis Groupe and others, who will share insights on current trends and innovations across business, technology and communications.
Participants are introduced to a broad range of forward-looking topics, including the evolution of brand-consumer relationships in the era of influencer marketing, the emotional and strategic value of sustainable branding in the digital age, and the application of data and artificial intelligence in decision-making and innovation.
Rather than simply delivering lectures, the programme encourages dialogue and practical reflection, offering participants the tools to navigate a rapidly evolving professional landscape.
Nestlé Việt Nam has consistently invested in building strong connections between students, academia and industry. Through initiatives such as Nestlé Needs YOUth, Nesternship and its Management Trainee programme, the company continues to create real-world learning opportunities that help young people access professional environments, sharpen their skills and broaden their perspectives.
The July programme of NESTGEN 2025 deepens this commitment, offering a platform for young Vietnamese to build confidence, explore future career paths, and prepare themselves to take on leadership roles in the digital economy. More than just a skills course, the programme reflects Nestlé’s vision of a sustainable future built on the potential of today’s youth.
The earlier edition in March, which covered supply chain, engineering and sustainability, drew over 2,000 participants from across the country — a clear signal of growing interest among Vietnamese youth in gaining practical knowledge and staying competitive in a globalised world.
Nestlé Việt Nam views NESTGEN 2025 not just as a training series, but as part of a broader mission to cultivate a generation of agile, responsible and future-ready professionals who will drive Việt Nam’s growth in the years to come. — VNS
